  • Tickets cannot be replaced or exchanged nor money refunded unless the event is cancelled by the Promoter
  • The recording (audio or video) of the performances is strictly prohibited.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to change or amend the advertised programme or Artistes if circumstances dictate.
  • Unaccompanied children will not be admitted. Proof of age may be needed.
  • In the case of inclement weather the event WILL NOT be cancelled

Cd / Mp3 Sales

If your Cd purchase is damaged or faulty please email to arrange a replacement or refund. You will be required to return the goods at your own expense before your payment can be refunded or the cd replaced
We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days. If it hasnt arrived within 10 working days please contact us.

If a Mp3 file has become corrupted or otherwise rendered unplayable during the download process we will provide you with another copy. We cannot make refunds on downloaded files.
You will be able to download your purchased Mp3 files within minutes of your credit card payment being accepted.

Privacy Policy

  • Walnut Picker Promotions will use your personal details to fulfill your order.
  • Your credit card details are never on this site. To make your payment you are transfered to the Secure Servers of "BarclayBusiness ePDQ".
  • If you make a telephone order your credit card details will be destroyed as soon as the payment has been authorised.
  • Walnut Picker Promotions may contact you from time to time to let you know about other events we are organising.
  • If you tell us that you do not want to know about other events we will honour your wishes.
